It is a mixture composed by different calcium phosphate. Its main component is10CaO3 PO5· H2O. Molecular weight is 1004.64. It is white amorphous powder, odorless, stabilizing in air. Relative density is 3.18.
【Uses】In food industry, it is used as anticoagulant, nutritional supplement (calcium intensifier), PH regulator and buffering agent, the additives in powder milk, candy, pudding and so on.
