Deoxyarbutin, off-white crystalline powder, it is insoluble in water, but discoloration occurs easily in aqueous systems, with turn red and then dark brown when left in place.
Deoxyarbutin is a competitive tyrosinase inhibitor, deoxyarbutin can regulate the production of melanin, overcome pigmentation, lighten dark spots on the skin, and has a rapid and long-lasting skin whitening effect.
