Vitamin B1 is naturally found in foods such as rice bran, bran, lean meat, and peanut rice, and is usually prepared by chemical synthesis. Excess ethyl hydrochloride is reduced to α 3,6-dim β ethyl-1, 2-dimethyl-hydrogen-2, 4, 5, 7-quadrants in alkaline (methanol and sodium methanol) media, and then Hydrolysis at 98-100 degrees C, then open loop to produce 2-methyl-4-amino-5-amino methyl acid under alkaline conditions, then with carbon dioxide and ammonia, and then with acetic acid-γ-chloride-γ-acetylene, and then in hydrochloric acid, 75-78 degrees C hydrolysis and ring synthesis of thiopental hydrochloride, and finally with ammonia water and, hydrogen peroxide, hydrochloric acid to obtain thiamine hydrochloride.
