Picamilon, a white crystalline powder, also known as nicotinoyl-GABAm Pycamilon, Pikamilon.
Picamilon is a synthetic combination of GABA and niacin (vitamin B3). As a dietary supplement, able to cross the blood-brain barrier, used in the treatment of anxiety disorders. it released component niacin acts as a strong vasodilator, which might be useful for the treatment of migraine headaches.
