【Properties】white or almost white powder, with cytidine diphosphate as the substrate, by immobilized polynucleotide phosphorylase (PNPase) catalytic polymerization. It is soluble in water, and its characteristic physical constants are: λ max = 268 ± 1nm; A250 / a260 = 0.86 ± 0.02; A280 / a260 = 0.79 ± 0.02
